Delivery and Payment Terms (Effective June 1, 2026)

Simple and secure payment

You can easily choose from the following payment methods – even without a PayPal account:

Credit Card
When paying by credit card, your card is charged upon receipt of your order. Your ordered items will be shipped promptly once payment confirmation is received and subject to availability.

Klarna
When purchasing on invoice with Klarna, your goods will be shipped immediately (subject to availability).
After placing your order, you will be redirected to Klarna. To complete the payment, you must either log in to Klarna or create a Klarna account. Your payment is usually confirmed within moments, and your order is processed immediately.
You pay only after receiving the goods, within the payment deadline set by Klarna.
Klarna performs a credit check for this payment method. Processing is handled directly by Klarna.

Apple Pay
Pay quickly, easily, and securely with Apple Pay. Steps may vary depending on the device and browser.

iPhone, iPad, or Safari browser
1. Select Apple Pay as your payment method in the "Payment" section or at checkout.
2. Simply confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

Browsers such as Chrome or Firefox
Apple Pay can also be used in other browsers. An iPhone (running iOS 18 or later) is required to complete the payment.
Select Apple Pay as your payment method.
A unique QR code will appear on your screen. Scan it with your iPhone's camera.
Review the payment details on your phone and securely confirm using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

Some features may function differently depending on the device, browser, or software. This feature is not available in all countries.

Payment in advance
Receive your goods after payment. Once the order is placed, you will receive our account details to settle the amount via bank transfer.
Your ordered items will be reserved for you (for seven days) until your payment is received. We will begin packing your order once we have received and processed your payment; this process may take up to five business days.
Consequently, shipping for orders paid in advance takes slightly longer.

All prices are net per unit, plus applicable statutory VAT.
Please contact us separately regarding large-volume project orders.
LED modules are included unless otherwise stated.
LED control gear is included unless otherwise stated.
Light sources (bulbs) are not included.

Our terms of delivery and payment apply; please refer to your specific terms agreement.

Unless you have a separate terms agreement with ARCLITE^®, the following terms of delivery and payment apply:

For deliveries within Germany (excluding islands):

Free delivery within Germany (mainland) for orders with a net goods value of €600.00 or more.
For orders below this amount, we charge shipping costs starting at a minimum of €11.99 (net).
For orders with a net value below €50.00, we charge an additional small-order surcharge of €25.00.
Additional costs apply for partial deliveries below the free-delivery threshold, scheduled or express deliveries, special arrangements, and delivery notifications; details will be provided in our order confirmation.
Palletized goods exceeding 2.01 m x 0.80 m (L x W) and packages with a length of 2.01 m or more (outer carton dimensions) are generally shipped as freight collect or as general cargo.
We pass on the resulting freight costs of €69.90 per bundle (general cargo) or €124.90 per pallet.
For deliveries to private individuals via freight forwarder, we charge a B2C surcharge of €19.00 per delivery.
Delivery to islands available upon request.
Transport insurance is not included; insurance is available at your expense and upon request.

For deliveries to Austria:

Delivery ex-warehouse (Bargteheide, Germany) plus transport costs, or free delivery for orders with a goods value of €1,000.00 or more.
For orders below this amount, we charge transport costs starting at a minimum of €18.00.
For orders with a net value below €50.00, we charge an additional small-order surcharge of €25.00.
Additional costs apply for partial deliveries below the free-delivery threshold, scheduled or express deliveries, special arrangements, and delivery notifications; details regarding these costs will be provided in our order confirmation.
Palletized goods exceeding 2.01 m x 0.80 m (L x W) and packages with a length of 2.01 m or more (outer carton dimensions) are generally shipped on a freight-collect basis or as general cargo.
We pass on the incurred freight costs of €89.90 per bundle (general cargo) or €129.90 per pallet.
For deliveries to private individuals via freight forwarder, we charge a B2C surcharge of €19.00 per delivery.
Transport insurance is not included; insurance is available upon request and at your expense.

For deliveries to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg (BE/NL/LUX), Poland, Spain, and Italy, the following applies:

Delivery is made from the Bargteheide (Germany) warehouse plus transport costs, or carriage paid for orders with a value of €2,000.00 or more.
For orders below this amount, we charge a minimum transport fee of €29.90.
For orders with a net value below €50.00, we charge an additional small-order surcharge of €25.00.
Additional costs apply for partial deliveries below the carriage-paid threshold, scheduled or express deliveries, special arrangements, and delivery notifications; details will be provided in our order confirmation.
Palletized goods exceeding 2.01 m x 0.80 m (L x W) and packages with a length of 2.01 m or more (outer carton dimensions) are generally shipped on a freight-collect basis or as general cargo.
We pass on the resulting freight costs of €120.00 per bundle (general cargo) or €215.00 per pallet.
For deliveries to private individuals via freight forwarder, we charge a B2C surcharge of €19.00 per delivery.
Delivery to islands is available upon request.
Transport insurance is not included; insurance is available at your expense and upon request.

For deliveries to all other countries within and outside the EU, delivery is generally made on a freight-collect basis, Ex Works (EXW, INCOTERMS 2020).

Payment due within 10 days, net. We reserve the right to require prepayment or cash-on-delivery.

All photos, brand names, and designations used herein are the property of their respective rights holders.

Our General Terms and Conditions are set out in the ZVEI’s “General Conditions of Supply for Products and Services of the Electrical Industry,” which are available here or can be sent by mail upon request.

Extended retention of title expressly applies.

We expressly reserve the right to correct errors and omissions.
